Privacy Policy

Notiko has no accounts, does not ask you to sign up and does not profile you. We use no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs that collect data. The list of things you save stays on your phone.
What we do not collect
- No account, email address, password or phone number
- No advertising identifier (IDFA / AAID)
- No analytics or crash-reporting tools
- No profiling cookies
- No location data
- No contacts, photos, files or other content from your device
What stays on your device
Your saved items. When you save an event, the app stores only its text
identifier (for example gta-6) locally, using the operating system's standard storage. This data:
- is never sent to our servers
- is not accessible to us or to anyone else
- disappears if you uninstall the app or clear its data
Because it is never transmitted, there is no copy for you to ask us to delete. It is entirely under your control.
What our server receives
When the app downloads the calendar of events it contacts our API. Like any web server, it records the technical details of the request:

The GDPR treats an IP address as personal data. We do not use it to identify you, we do not link it to any other data and we do not share it with anyone.
Legal basis (Art. 6 GDPR): legitimate interest in keeping the service running and secure.
The requests the app makes do not contain your saved items or any personal identifier: they are anonymous requests for a public list.
Discord
The app contains links to our Discord server, for reporting missing events or suggesting content. Opening that link takes you out of Notiko and into a service operated by Discord Inc., with its own privacy policy (discord.com/privacy). We have no control over what happens there. Using Discord is entirely optional: the app works without it.
Content provided by rights holders
Studios, publishers and organisers may send us dates and materials about their own content. If you write to us in that capacity, we process the contact details you provide solely to handle the correspondence and publish the information about the content. We do not use them for marketing.
Children
Notiko is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data relating to them. Since there is no registration, we do not process identifying data about any user.
Third parties
No third-party service receives data from the app. In particular we do not use Google Analytics, Firebase, the Facebook SDK, AppsFlyer or anything similar.
The only third parties involved in running the service are:
- Our hosting provider, which hosts our servers
- Google Play and the App Store, where distribution of the app follows their own policies; any download statistics are visible to them, not to us
Your rights (GDPR)
Because we hold no data that identifies you, in most cases there is nothing for us to show you or delete. You still have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection in respect of the technical logs: write to us with the IP address and the time window concerned and we can check and act.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Images and content
Information about titles, dates and platforms consists of facts gathered from public sources or supplied by rights holders. Images are shown only where we have permission from the rights holder, and the source is credited. If you hold rights in some content and believe something should not appear, write to us and we will remove it.
Changes
If we change what we collect, for example by introducing push notifications, which require a device identifier, we will update this page and flag it in the app before the change takes effect.
